BIV MINI

Biv was well aware that rival gangs were being wiped out or arrested by the territory's new tenants. He decided to leave his old life behind and went in person to the new Senate building to offer his services. Given his strong build, hard-nosed mentality, and no-nonsense ethics, he was eventually chosen to protect key members of the newly created CIS Senate. Count Dooku immediately took a liking to Biv Bodhrik, and they could be seen conversing fluently on the promenade about all topics (even some secrets Dooku kept close to himself). With a new direction in life and new allies, Biv gained a sense of self-worth he had never experienced before. Dooku took note of the skill and determination of this talented young soldier, promoting him to the most elite ranks of the CIS. Biv served in this capacity for many years, effectively killing or capturing Republic agents who attempted to harm his charges. Toward the end of the Clone Wars, the Republic led a massive invasion of Raxus. Biv, fulfilling his duty as Guardian of the Senate, prevented the capture of his charges, giving them enough time to escape to a hidden base on Mustafar. However, Biv was immediately arrested and placed in a prisoner-of-war camp to await resentencing. Knowing that the Separatists' chances were running out, Biv prepared for death or permanent imprisonment.

Months later, Biv was shuttled to the Republic Central Judicial Detention Facility on Coruscant; upon arrival, he learned of the fall of the CIS and the fate of his friend and leader, Count Dooku, who was beheaded for his crimes. Imprisoned for life, Biv could only watch as major events reverberated across Republic space. The Empire came to power after the deconstruction of the Republic, which brought many radical changes to daily life in the galaxy, even within the prison itself. Biv encountered many others who took issue with the newly developed Empire, mentioning a rebellion forming to confront this new regime. The new "Stormtrooper" riot guards were vicious and hateful toward the prisoners, leading to many inmates being beaten or killed. Also hated in turn by all the inmates, futile attacks on the guards were common. The prison warden, Kayn Somos, treated Biv particularly harshly for his past dealings with the CIS, tormenting him for his allegiances. Biv vowed to kill him one day, but was disappointed to learn that Somos was eventually promoted and transferred to Morvogodin to aid in the war efforts against the rebels in the Outer Rim. One lucky day, Biv found an opportune moment to escape: while he wasn't fully guarded, Biv snapped the neck of a Stormtrooper riot guard patrolling the lobby; Biv then donned his armor to blend in. He threw the guard's body over the catwalk and slowly made his way to the exit, as if nothing had happened.

A month later, Biv arrived on Yavin IV, sponsored by a group of Rebellion agents who saw his talents in action. The Rebellion accepted Biv despite his sordid past and put him to good use in the field. Rumors abound that Biv fought on the wrong side of the Clone Wars, but all were grateful that he was at least on their side. With a new purpose in life and a goal to achieve, Biv Bodhrik threw himself into his work, accepting any mission no matter the difficulty, knowing he was one of the few skilled enough to get the job done. After only a few skirmishes, the number of Imperial Stormtroopers Biv had killed was off the charts, leading Rebel High Command to recommend him for service as a heavy weapons specialist under the esteemed commander, Gideon Argus. Biv relished any opportunity to go into the field and aid his new organization; Thus, he began preparing for his next mission: to determine the origin and purpose of a mysterious Imperial broadcast...

Biv prefers to use a heavy repeating blaster recovered from a Stormtrooper he killed in the field. He is also quite adept at hand-to-hand combat, due to extensive training sessions with the CIS Magnaguards during the Clone Wars. He often enjoys fighting at close range, where his considerable strength can easily be put to good use. Biv has no real fear of death or injury, nor patience for cowardice or hesitation. He also has no qualms about plundering the bodies of his fallen enemies, using their stolen weapons and armor to great effect. Biv has a bloody vendetta against Kayn Somos for his numerous abuses during his incarceration.
